I normally charge BY THE HOUR, but if a job picture is clear and definite enough, I may also give you a firm job price. (Please understand, though, that in the home repair business there are often many kinds of unforeseen issues that can make it difficult to determine an exact price). Usually, I work all by myself, but in certain situations where more than 2 hands are needed, I may bring in one or two other persons which are in every respect compatible with me – and your environment.

My hourly base charge is $90. In order to cover my trip time, I charge $30 extra for my first work hour within a 12 mile radius from my home base. If my commute exceeds 12 miles, the trip charge will increase on a pro-rated scale. I typically have a 2-hour minimum charge per job.

I accept cheque, cash, credit cards and online payments ( Venmo, Zelle, CASH ).
